Couscous ingredients (2020)

How to make my super easy couscous tabbouleh recipe:

  1. Start by prepping the couscous. Put the couscous in a bowl, add the very hot chicken broth and cover for about 5 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, prep your other ingredients.
  3. Once the couscous has been covered for about 5 minutes, check to see if it is cooked and fluff it up with a fork. Put it in the freezer for about 10 minutes so it can cool down.
  4. Once the couscous is cool, add all of the other ingredients and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve, ready to be enjoyed!
